This program will feature real world examples of partership success stories. Panelists will discuss the life cycle of a partnership and share examples of the opportunities and challenges of a successful partnership. The panel includes:

Jay Coogan, Partner, Duane Morris, LLP
John M. ("Jay") Coogan, Jr. practices in the area of corporate law with a broad spectrum of interests. Mr. Coogan counsels publicly held and private companies and investment firms in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, venture capital financings and the establishment of startup enterprises and emerging businesses.

All attendees must have a paid registration to enter. NJTC accepts registrations up to 24 hours prior to an event; registrations received after this time are "walk-ins" and are processed on-site for a $20 surcharge. Cancellations must be received in writing two business days prior to an event to qualify for a refund. No shows will be billed.

Parking: On-Site parking is available.

From I-95 South: I-95 South toward Central Philadelphia.

Take the Callowhill Street exit (Exit 22) towards I-676 East/US-30/Independence Hall.

Turn right onto Callowhill Street.

Turn left onto 6th Street.

Merge onto I-676 East/US-30 East via the ramp on the left toward I-95. Take Bridge into NJ (no toll this direction, $3.00 from NJ to Philadelphia).

Take the Broadway exit toward Camden.

Turn slight right onto North Broadway/CR-551.

Turn right onto Market Street.

As you approach the Waterfront, there is a final traffic light. Turn left onto Delaware Avenue at light.

Go two blocks, turn left onto Federal Street.

200 Federal Street is just ahead on the right

From I-295 South Take Route 295 South towards Camden/Philadelphia

Take Exit 26 off Route 295 to Route 676 Camden/Philadelphia/Ben Franklin Bridge

Exit Route 676 at Exit 5A - The Waterfront Area exit.

Follow ramp onto Martin Luther King Boulevard (Mickle Boulevard) traveling West to Third Street. Turn right on Third Street. At the first light, turn left onto Federal Street. The building is immediately on your left. Turn left into the driveway just before the building, then make a right through the access gate into the parking lot.

From Atlantic City Expressway: Pick-up the North-South Freeway (Route 42).

Follow signs to Camden, exiting at Route 676.

Proceed along Route 676 to Exit 5B marked "Last Exit Before Toll - Benjamin Franklin Bridge."

Turn left onto Linden Street at the first stop light. Continue one block to Seventh Street and turn left again.

At the foot of the Seventh Street Bridge, turn right onto Cooper Street.

Continue several blocks (almost to the end of Cooper).

Turn left onto Delaware Avenue at light.

Go two blocks, turn left onto Federal Street.

200 Federal Street is just ahead on right.
