The notion that business valuations are not necessary until you are considering selling your business is a trap that many fall into. Stock option planning and estate planning are just two examples of daily matters that are impacted by the value of your business. Understanding the Value of the Valuation is critical if you want to reach your goals. Experts help to determine whether it is time to jump into the process of selling by:
---pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of your company
---the pros and cons of a future sale
---determining whether NOLs will hold their value in the transaction.

The role the valuation plays for the buyer or investor is important to understand as well. From the buyer's or investor's perspective, we will also explore the various methodologies used in valuations and the importance of understanding the reason that a valuation was done at a particular point in time.

Please join our panel of experts as they discuss this important and timely subject

From New York City and Points North:
Take New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9 ( New Brunswick). Follow Route 18 North to U.S. 1 South (towards Princeton and Trenton) for 15-20 miles. Take the exit for Princeton Junction/Alexander Road East. Proceed through three traffic lights. At the traffic light at Roszel Road, turn right. Follow Roszel Road to "T" intersection; turn right. Follow Carnegie Center Boulevard for approx. ½ mile to 301. (The road will curve to the left past the Kiddie Academy, and then to the right. The first driveway on the right after that right curve will take you into our parking lot). Our building is a long brown building. Note: there is a second driveway entrance a little further up on the right, where there is a sign indicating 301 Bank of America.

From Philadelphia:
Take I-95 North to New Jersey. I-95 turns into I-295 South in New Jersey after Exit 8. Take Exit 67 (immediately after Exit 8) for U.S. 1 North ( New Brunswick). Follow U.S. 1 North for about two miles and take the exit for Meadow Road/Carnegie Center. This puts you on an access road running parallel to Route 1. Continue straight. Do NOT take the first or second exit off the access road (for Meadow Road and for Carnegie Center Drive). Keep to the right and take the third exit, which is for Carnegie Center BOULEVARD. The exit puts you onto Carnegie Center Boulevard going east. Continue to a stop sign. Turn Left at the stop sign then take the first driveway entrance on the left. The sign is marked "301 Bank of America." Ours is a long brown four story building.

From Southern New Jersey:
Take I-295 North to Exit 67 ( U.S. 1 North, New Brunswick). Follow U.S. 1 North for about two miles to the exit for Meadow Road/Carnegie Center. This puts you on a service road running parallel to Route 1.

From Harrisburg and Points West:
