Private Cloud Solutions Company TetherView Brings Co-working Space to Fort Monmouth Partnership To Be Announced at Fort Monmouth Phase 2 Press Conference, Thursday, January 26, 2017

Eatontown, NJ (January 25, 2017) – On Thursday, January 26, 2017, 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., TetherView, a private cloud-based business solutions startup, will announced its purchase of Russel Hall, former Garrison Hall at Fort Monmouth located within the Oceanport section. TetherView has leased a portion of the space to the co-working organization Vi Collaboration Hubs to cultivate talent and community involvement.
“Choosing Ft. Monmouth as our Headquarters has proven to be a great decision. As grows by moving businesses to the cloud our need for talent grows too. Ft. Monmouth is the perfect spot to find hard working people looking to build their careers close to home,” said Michael Abboud, CEO of TetherView. “Now that TetherView has settled in at Russel Hall we have been able to attract new tenants to the building including Vi Hub, which currently operates co-working space at Bell Works in Holmdel.”
Vi Collaboration Hubs plans to open the space for business in March. Partnering with Vi will help TetherView attract and incubate local talent. The growth of TetherView, the opening of highway 537 and the new developments around the Fort are making Oceanport an even better place to live, work and play.

TetherView has brought in Vi Collaboration Hubs to manage and operate 5,000 square feet of coworking space. Vi helps property owners animate their under-utilized space by cultivating ecosystems of entrepreneurs and businesses in all industries with a special focus on technology. Its first community at Bell Works in Holmdel, which opened in 2016 is already expanding.

“We’re seeing a trend of technologists and entrepreneurs rising up in Monmouth County, at Cowerks in Asbury Park and at Bell Works in Holmdel,” said Chris Pallé, Vi Collaboration Hubs co-founder. “By creating an environment at Fort Monmouth that’s conducive to collaboration the talent in those groups is multiplied. The more people come together, the more innovations and ideas we can create. It’s the future of work.”
Pallé said plans are to open Vi Hub at Ft. Monmouth in March with a soft opening in February. The space will include various turn key membership options for individual workers and small business teams including benches, desks, private offices and conference rooms along with space for events and meetups. “The spaces are fully furnished, just set down your laptop and work,” Pallė said.
